The employee of Burger King who hasn’t missed a day of work in more than 27 years may choose to start a new career as he is receiving a tonne of employment offers.
Kevin Ford, who gained notoriety for his video of the subpar gift bag he received on his work anniversary, tells TMZ that he has been contacted by numerous potential employers who are interested in hiring him for a variety of positions.
Kevin claims to have turned down a job offer from a business that restores vintage cars since it wasn’t his thing.
Despite the fact that Kevin currently resides in Las Vegas, he claims that one job offer came in from Charleston, South Carolina, where a manager at a restaurant told him it would be a pleasure to work alongside him. Kevin rejected the manager’s offer to work at a beachside restaurant with “unbeatable” tacos.
Kevin says he doesn’t have any intentions to leave his steady work at Burger King, but if he ever gets the itch, he’s got help. He claims a Texas woman who specializes in resumes contacted him and offered to create him a new résumé for free.
There is one location Kevin would quit BK for—he claims that making music is his ideal profession.
Kevin says he has real estate agents in Vegas trying to help him buy a home, with one offering to give up half the commission to close a deal. In the meantime, Kevin’s GoFundMe is up to $162,000 and counting, including the $5k donation from David Spade.
