The film BACHCHHAN PAANDEY is about a brutal mobster. Myra Devekar (Kriti Sanon) is a budding filmmaker who approaches producer Rakesh Verma (Ashwin Mushran) to direct her first feature film. Rakesh tells her to make a biopic on a gangster.
Myra begins her study and comes upon Bachchhan Paandey (Akshay Kumar), a feared criminal in the town of Baghwa. Myra arrives in Baghwa and begins her research on Bachchhan Paandey with the assistance of a friend, Vishu (Arshad Warsi).
Bachchhan appears to be too frightening, so she approaches his gang mates, Kandi (Saharsh Kumar Shukla), Bufferia Chacha (Sanjay Mishra), Pendulum (Abhimanyu Singh), and Virgin (Saharsh Kumar Shukla) (Prateik Babbar).
Virgin is the only one who speaks up, and while giving facts, he reveals that Bachchan Paandey had had a girl named Sophie (Jacqueline Fernandez).
He alleges he killed her after they had a fight. Meanwhile, Bachchhan Paandey discovers that Myra is interested in her. He immediately suspects she’s a journalist or a police informant. The rest of the movie revolves around what occurs next.

Akshay Kumar gives a fantastic performance. He has the star power to play the part. Kriti Sanon is beautiful and gives a strong performance. As usual, Arshad Warsi is overly talented and does his hardest to boost the funny quotient.
In a supporting part, Jacqueline Fernandez is stunning. Prateik Babbar is a competent actor. Sanjay Mishra makes a valiant attempt to be amusing. Abhimanyu Singh puts his imprint on the world. Saharsh Kumar Shukla is a fan favourite, notably in the scene ‘Tadap Tadap Ke.’ Ashwin Mushran is a decent guy.
Mohan Agashe (Lalji Bhagat) is a decent actor. Gaurav Chopra (Bheema) goes all out. Aroosa Khan (Pinky) and Suryakant Mishra, the cop, are both average actors. In the movie, Pankaj Tripathi (Bhaves Bopla) gets a few laughs.
The film’s music is a letdown. ‘Maar Khayegaa’ is a boring film. ‘Saare Bolo Bewafa’ is a decent film. ‘Heer Raanjhana’ is a stunningly filmed film. ‘Meri Jaan Meri Jaan’ isn’t recognised. Background music by Julius Packiam is unforgettable.
Gavemic U The cinematography by Ary is outstanding. Rajasthan’s landscapes are well captured. The action of ANL Arasu is bloody. The production design by Rajat Poddar gives the film a commercial vibe. VFX in New York City Waala’s visual effects are fantastic. The clothes of Aki Narula, Sukriti Grover, Puneet Jain, Chandini Whabi, and Sambo are glitzy. Charu Roy’s editing is quite professional.
Overall, BACHCHHAN PAANDEY is a must-see for Akshay Kumar and masala film enthusiasts. The movie office success of THE KASHMIR FILES will have an impact on its business.
