Demon Slayer Season 3

Demon Slayer Season 3 Release Date, Trailer on Netflix

The final episode of the Demon Slayer Entertainment District Arc just aired, but anime fans were given some good news at the end of it. The Swordsmith Village arc of the manga will be adapted into the 3rd season of Demon Slayer after the episode was shown.

The season 3 announcement has been marked with the publication of a crucial visual. Two Hashiras appear in the season 3 main visual. Mist Hashira and Muichiro Tokito can be seen on the left, while Love Hashira and Mitsuri Kanroji can be seen on the right.

Season two of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba exceeded all expectations set by fans. Fans have been on the edge of their seats for the past few months as Tanjiro has taken on new challenges and gained more strength. Season three has given fans reassurance that more of his intrepid explorers are on the way.

Demon Slayer’s second season came to an end in Japan just now for those who haven’t been following along. Despite the fact that the episode’s juicy contents are currently available online, it may take a while for the release to go live in the United States. As soon as the news about the upcoming second season of Demon Slayer reached fans, the Swordsmith Village story arc was teased.

Demon Slayer Season 3 Release Date

Season 3’s premiere date has yet to be revealed by the show’s production team. As for the release date, we’ll go ahead and speculate.

In April 2019, the first season of the demon Slayer was released. In October 2021, the second season was released. In between the first and second seasons, there was an almost two-year break. Typically, a season of 12 episodes takes between 12 and 18 months to produce. With the quality of the Demon Slayer animation, fans should anticipate waiting between 18 months and two years for the release of season 3.

Demon Slayer Season 3 Cast

The Swordsmith Village arc cast includes Natsuki Hanae’s Tanjiro, Hiro Shimono’s Zenitsu, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka’s Inosuke, and Akari Kitou’s Nezuko.

The Mist Hashira, Muichiro Tokito, and the Love Hashira, Mitsuri Kanoji, join them in this episode. The Hashiras and members of the Twelve Upper Moons/Twelve Kibuki will likely return in future seasons.

Akira Matsushima will create the characters for Haruo Satozaki’s film.

Demon Slayer Season 3 Story

The Swordsmith Village Arc is now the third season of Demon Slayer. There will be no spoilers here, however, we estimate that it will cover the manga’s 100-127th chapter. The previous season of Entertainment District Arc had a similar runtime, from 70 to 99 episodes, so expect a similar number of episodes this time around.

Tanjiro is almost certainly going to Swordsmith Village to acquire a new weapon, barring any big deviations. Fortunately, the village has an antique weapon. The storey that involves the Love and Mist Hashiras, as well as perhaps a demon or two, is far from straightforward.

On a more general note, the conclusion of the Entertainment District also gave us a hint as to what the show’s future holds. However, Tengen is still alive and well. Iguro was informed that Tanjiro was the most likely successor to Hashira. They’ll be able to retaliate against Muzan Kibutsuji, their ultimate goal.

Demon Slayer Season 3 Trailer

Unfortunately, the first trailer for the third season of Demon Slayer is quite short and doesn’t give us any information at all.

It’s anime tradition to tease the next Swordsmith Village Arc with only a few essential images of the Hashira sisters’ designs. We may anticipate a full trailer in the summer of 2022, along with additional teasers and TV advertisements in the weeks leading up to the film’s debut. The 40-second teaser can be viewed here.
