Rapper Yungeen Ace has been sentanced to 12 months in prison for violating his probation terms.
The rising rapper was in a critical condition back in June after a late night shooting broke out in Jacksonville. The attack left three other men dead, including Ace’s brother.
Just three days after the attack, Ace was arrested for violation of probation where he was later released by Clay County.
A judge has only just come up with the sentancing for the violation on Wednesday, which is 12 months in the Clay County prison.
The news comes only a week after the Jacksonville rapper posted an Instagram video of himself saying he’s going to prison. His caption for the post reads, “Dey say nun last forever #FreeMe.”
“When I post this video, I’ll be in jail. I already knew this shit was coming. They never want to see a nigga win. I knew this was coming. If you see this video, I’m already in jail. I will say this though. I appreciate all of y’all.”
